Hmm, i'm completly different here, I personaly use the flat over all other bows, unless an enemy is activly trying to evade you your arrows will always hit, so go damage maby, Kingle, Penertrating attack, powershot, maby throw in Charm Animal, Confort animal, call of protection, pet, tigers fury instead and allow your pet to fight for you while providing cover suport,
how about
1: Bow attack of your choice
2: Bow/Stance/preperation of choice
3: Pet attack of choice(i use feral lunge)
4: Call of Protection/Otys Cry
5: Troll Uguent
6: Cofort Animal
7: Charm Animal
8: Res Sig
its a great setup for Normal PvE, and non specialized pvping... and as i said again, unless a target is activly running from my attacks the flat doesnt miss for meh
for atty set up i say
12+ BM
9-10 Marks (depending on bow)
9-12 expertise (i'm not a big expertise user, on my BM builds i've even had it at like 3 since in my order of attribute importance its Beastmastery - Wildy Survival - Marksmenship- Secondary profession attribute- expertise.)
Rest in Wildy Survival

I do something a bit similar to Rilder when I'm using a Flatbow. My set-up usually looks like this:
Beastmastery: 11 +1 +3 (15)
Expertise: 8 +1 (9)
Marksmanship: 11 +1 (12)
Wilderness Survival: 0
Ferocious Strike
Disrupting Lunge
Tiger's Fury
Read The Winds
Call of Protection/Call of Haste (depending whether you want defensive or offensive flavor)
Comfort Animal
Charm Animal
Res. Sig
If you sub in Call of Haste for Call of Protection, you may need to switch Disrupting Lunge for Predator's Pounce. Overall the build has some decent damage output and will be able to lock down anyone who relies on long cast times (such as fire eles).

Eternal Bows are just composite bows with a fancy skin. Storm bows are just long bows with a fancy skin. Shadow bows are just horn bows with a fancy skin.

The thing to keep in mind when making a Barrage build is that as long as your bow's refire rate is fast enough that you will be able to fire another arrow as soon as Barrage recharges, then it is only Barrage's recharge rate that determines your rate of fire. It just so happens that all bows will refire fast enough, so the only effective refire rate you will have while spamming Barrage is Barrage's own recharge.
Therefore, when making a Barrage build you should disregard the refire rate of your bow (unless you know you'll be under things like Faintheartedness which is a whole different can of worms). That effectively throws out using a shortbow or flatbow, and opens up the possibility of using the Horn Bow. Usually, the Horn Bow is overlooked because of its horrendously long refire time. The Long Bow has a better range, the Composite Bow has a better flight-time, and every single bow has a better refire rate than the Horn Bow. The only advantage the Horn Bow has is an innate armor penetration, but this alone isn't usually enough to compete with all of its flaws. Once the refire rate is thrown out the window, though, it becomes a whole different ball game. The best damaging bow then becomes the Horn Bow. The Long Bow will reach a bit further than the Horn Bow and the Composite Bow (such as your suggested Eternal Bow) will hit more accurately, but the Horn Bow's armor penetration which will add considerably onto your damage.
With that said, bows that fall into the Horn Bow class are: Horn Bows (obviously), Shadow Bows, and Ivory Bows.
Other skills you'll want to take a look at if you're considering making a Barrage build would be the Conjure spells (to replace the preparations you can't use with Barrage).
Have fun!
